Ground Round ~1/2 pound per intended burger, thawed
Ground Red (Cayenne) Pepper
Directions:Put the meat in a bowl with the spices and mix them well (your bare hands will be fine). Seperate the meat into half-pound segments and make them into patties. Indent the center of each patty to speed cooking time and eveness. Toss 'em on the George Foreman (if you don't own one, get it now) for about 5 minutes. Put it on a bun with whatever condiments you desire.
Review:It's a fucking cheeseburger. The spices really add to the flavor of the meat, and the indented edges ensure its juiciness. Great with french fries and coleslaw.
