Meatballs:

1 lb. Hamburger
1 Egg
Red Pepper
Onion
Garlic
Basil

Directions:Mince the garlic. Combine the ingredients in a bowl. Cover a pan with foil, and make meatballs out of the mixture, at whatever size you prefer. Cook them at 400 until they look done to you. Take them out, scrape off any fat that might have accumulated (depends on the meat.) Serve them with whatever you want.

Review: This was a total experiment, I just sorta tossed some stuff in a bowl, but man did it turn out well. I used a ton of red pepper, and that really gave the meatballs a serious bite which contrasted like a motherfucker with the sweet tomato sauce, I was in heaven. I also used a real neat noodle called cellentani, which I suggest to anyone who has mixed feelings about pasta. These things are awesome and make a very filling meal without making a big mess like spaghetti can.

My Rating: 8/10
