Simple Salmon (also affectionately known as the "Fuck Me Filet"

Ingredients:
1 Salmon Filet
Soy Sauce
Brown Sugar

Directions:Cover the bottom of a pan with tin foil. Poke some holes in the salmon with a fork. Cover it with a good layer of brown sugar (I like dark brown sugar, but light brown can work.) Now, douse it in soy sauce so that the whole filet is moistened. A lot of the brown sugar will run, but don't worry about it. Put some more brown sugar on, making sure it all starts absorbing the soy. Toss it in the oven at 400 for about 15, or until the sugar has carmelized. Take it out. Eat it.

Review:This is actually my dad's recipe, and it's stellar. I mean, really, it's so good that it's sick, and takes absolutely no work. Served with rice and a green vegetable (some day I'll share my asparagus recipe), it's godlike.

My Rating: 10/10
