Tilapia with Hot Fruit Salsa

Tilapia Filets
Red Pepper Bell Pepper
Sharp Apple (Granysmith or other applicable variety)
Pineapple Juice

Directions:Marinate the Tilapia filets in the tangerine juice, along with tons of garlic and ginger.

Cook the rice with tons of ginger in the water. While it's cooking, peel, core, and cube the apple. When the rice has just a few minutes left, throw in the apple cubes.

Peel and seed the cucumber, then cube the cucumber. Toss it in a bowl. Peel and seed the Pappaya, cube it and toss it in. Blend up the jalapeño with a little of the pineapple juice, put it in the bowl. Seed the pepper, chop it, and add it. Pour some more Pineapple juice in and mix it all up.

Serve the rice topped with the fish, topped with the salsa.

Review:Quite yummy, though I think the marinade was not strong enough. All sorts of fun fruity and spicy flavors in this, it was a really winner with the girl, in fact, this was the first meal I cooked for her, so maybe its should get a cute pet name too?
