Marinated Salmon Ingredients:
Salmon Filets
Lemon Juice
Soy Sauce
Red Pepper
Basil Brown sugar. Directions: Coat the filets in the lemon and soy mixture, and then sprinkle both sides witht he powdered ingredients. Let them marinate for about 30 minutes, and then toss them on the grill for about 5 minutes or so. Remove and serve. Review: Considering that I came up with this marinade in about 5 seconds after inviting a friend over for dinner, it's really good. Nice combination of spices (essentially everything in the cupboard) and sweetness. I bet it would be good with a heavy starch, like potatoes. My Rating: 9/10 Marinated Salmon Ingredients:
Salmon Filets
Lemon Juice
Soy Sauce
Red Pepper
Basil Brown sugar. Directions: Coat the filets in the lemon and soy mixture, and then sprinkle both sides witht he powdered ingredients.
